Android 4.3 update for HTC One is coming this September

Body

The Taiwan based company, HTC, announced last week that the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for its flagship phone HTC One will be available for download by the end of the month itself. Samsung has recently announced that it will upgrade its premium devices like Galaxy S3 and S4 to Android 4.3 in the near future , so now it’s time for HTC to release the latest Android version for its high-end terminals.
To beat the competition, HTC may be rolling out Android 4.3 updates for HTC One by the end of September 2013. This news got official confirmation when HTC USA’s Jason Mackenzie confirmed on Twitter that nothing has changed to the update schedule.

While Google already announced the name of the next Android iteration (KitKat 4.4), most of the terminals on the market are currently running Android 4.1 or Android 4.2, but it looks like the big players of the smartphone market are making efforts to have their models running on the latest Android versions.
This roll out will be for both US and EU HTC One units. Meanwhile, reporters have spied a blue HTC One device at IFA Berlin which runs on Android 4.3 OS. Presently, no HTC smartphone runs on the latest Android version 4.4 also known as KitKat, and we do not know if HTC One will get updated to this version in the near future. But we expect that HTC will incorporate Sense 5.0 with Android 4.3 update.
In case you aren’t familiar with HTC One’s specs, hear that the smartphone boasts about a 4.7-inch full HD Super LCD3 display, a Snapdragon 600 Soc with quad-core 1.7 GHz Krait 300 CPU and Adreno 320 GPU, 2 GB of RAM, 16/32 GB of storeage, and a 4 MP UltraPixel Camera.
